I make a provisional basis for my mattress. I would like to cut to size so it fits perfectly into the bed frame without slipping. I have had bad experiences with bands before bed IKEA, so I just want something simple and solid, without costing much money.

Each idea should be, what kind of wood should I use? Something that you give not less than 400 pounds? Not that I am 400 pounds, but weighs 220, and you know I want to sleep away from home from time to time;)
