What you have, the restless legs syndrome. The usual cause is damage to the nerves in the lower back, but can also be caused by iron deficiency. I've really destroyed my health and because they went to the doctor for years. Now take a medication called requip. Talk to your doctor and see if he could write. It has really helped me and now I can sleep all night. You can see that the state for more information WebMD.

I suffer from this condition.

Someone once told me about the use of a prescription drug as "quinine" (which is also found in tonic water), but I do not develop eating response and anaphylactic shock. It accumulates in your body and ultimately more toxic.

Now I can travel around the world with the disease malaria, because it is the only known cure for it - and I can not. Tonic water, I can not anymore.

I have a lot of things that help:

1. Find a way to deal with their feet, "Sleep Walk" position: feet on the wall (or the stage when your bed), or spend a few extra dollars in the health department a special commission to keep the feet high. The natural "task" of the feet (coated) creates a problem that can cause contractions traffic.

2. Drink lots of water.

3. (You will not believe, but it still works for me) Press your lips hard, towards the center. Grasp the sides of their Memorandum of UnderstandingPre-and pinch. I have no idea why this works, but it sure helps me!

This is called the nervous leg syndrome (very technical eh) and can be treated by a doctor. One of my daughters had and have the same problems. I went to the doctor - voila! He's gone.
